How it works

  1. Open the card for your errand and the language of the country you are in.
  2. Read the twelve phrases, tap the speaker to hear them, or tap Practise to record yourself and compare.
  3. Print it or keep it on your phone. Native-speaker review is still pending; a "check" mark flags a phrase we are least sure of, and a card marked "review pending" contains such phrases.
  4. Once you are settled, open Meet & Mint to find events near you and meet people who are also new.
